I kinda love to travel, and so does my team. Whenever the opportunity arises, we go! So yes, take us with you! In fact, when you do your session in a destination location, your hair and make up is complementary. YOU’RE WELCOME.
We simply ask that you cover expenses as follows:
2 nights stay at a hotel within 5 miles of the ceremony location/ or with other guests. This means we arrive the day before the ceremony and leave the day after.
2 round trip airline tickets
$500 per diem. Being gone is expensive, and so is Uber and meals. I’ve found this is a fair number, and one that not be paid until the week before the trip.
Albums, Payments and Deadlines
While we don’t require our couples to purchase their albums through us, we sure like it. It’s always fun to help you pick out the photos you love most and get those pages designed into a custom layout. Our albums are purchased by us from the top United States lab and of the highest quality. Expect to spend roughly $1500 on a complete 40 page coffee table quality album filled with your gorgeous images.
All albums must be ordered within 3 months of the wedding. That’s not to say that you cannot order later. However, design fees and shipping fees will apply if you wait. In other words- we want you to hurry and get your albums to show off! When an album is ordered, half is due before design begins and the other half is due when you are ready to order.
For all packages Beautifully Lit requires a non-refundable deposit of half the amount of your package upon booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your wedding date. We accept payments by cash, check and credit cards. We do not accept PayPal.
*the non refundable deposit may be transferred to other sessions or moved to another date, if available by Beautifully Lit. Should you cancel your wedding with us, a fee of $550 per session will be charged toward engagement and bridal sessions, if they have been completed and delivered.
